Carolina Medina, DVM, DACVSMR, CVA, CVPP: Typically breeds that are more susceptible to developmental orthopedic diseases are golden retrievers, Labradors, Rottweilers, German shepherds—usually kind of more larger breed dogs are going to be more susceptible to hip and elbow dysplasia.
