Idea Exchange: IV catheter = lacrimal duct cannula

I find that a 25-ga IV catheter with the stylet removed makes a lacrimal duct cannula that is less traumatic than the usual metal type. And if you incorporate some fluorescein stain into the saline for flushing, you'll know for sure the duct is patent.
