Idea Exchange: Pull fluid bags high to increase flow rate

At our busy feline-only practice, subcutaneous fluids need to be administered often. To make the fluids run faster, I installed pulleys in the ceiling. Each fluid bag hangs from a hook on a rope that is connected to a pulley, so we can raise the bags to the ceiling for maximum gravity advantage. To replace the bag, we loosen the rope that is looped around a hook on the wall next to the treatment table, and we don't need a ladder.
