For patients receiving two or more medications with different dosing times or for clients who get confused by multiple medications, we color-code the medicine packaging, making it easier to give the right medications at the right time.
For patients receiving two or more medications with different dosing times or for clients who get confused by multiple medications, we color-code the medicine packaging, making it easier to give the right medications at the right time. For example, medications given in the morning get an orange sticker, ones given midday get a green sticker, and ones given at night get a purple sticker. Medications given at least twice a day get multiple stickers.
