More than a comfy turtleneck for the distinguished and dashing rat, exotic animal veterinarian Dr. Laurie Hess and her team at Veterinary Center for Birds & Exotics in Bedford Hills, New York, created this fine piece of fashion for a genuine medical purpose-to prevent rats from disturbing their incisions postoperatively after mammary gland tumor removal.
