Eosinophilic keratitis is correct!

Note the numerous eosinophils (arrows) in Figure 2, which confirm a diagnosis of eosinophilic keratitis.

You initiate therapy with topical 1% prednisone acetate administered three times a day. At a recheck one week later, the cornea is markedly improved and is cleared entirely by three weeks. You continue the prednisone acetate once a day indefinitely to prevent recurrence.
