One of my clients who is blind was concerned about how to administer the correct daily dose of liquid medicine into the pet's
food. The client drilled a hole in the syringe base and a hole in the syringe plunger and tied a nylon string between the
two holes. The string is only long enough to allow drawing up the correct dose, no more.
