Recently, one of our technicians decided we should put filled prescriptions up front next to the receptionist rather than in the back. This switch has saved a lot of time since staff members no longer have to walk to the back every time a client comes in to pick up a prescription. In addition, we store the prescriptions in alphabetical order, so they are easy to locate.
