Observing a bout of reverse sneezing can be quite alarming to a client, especially to a first-time dog owner. When clients
call to describe that strange sound their dogs are making, it can help them to use the Internet as a visual aid. We advise
clients to type "reverse sneeze" into a search engine. This brings up a variety of videos that show dogs experiencing paroxysmal
respiration. This can put clients' minds at ease until their appointment with the veterinarian. You can also show clients
these videos at your clinic—no longer do veterinarians or technicians need to imitate this complaint in front of clients.
