Dr. Ward is the author of Creating the Veterinary Experience (E3 Management, 2000) and is a frequent speaker at veterinary conferences, including CVC Washington D.C., CVC Kansas City, and CVC San Diego. Dr. Ward graduated in 1992 from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine. He has appeared on Animal Planet, CNN, NBC Nightly News, and numerous other TV and radio talk shows nationwide.
