Keep track of patients' medications with cubby holes.
We were often misplacing medications when they were attached to charts, so we started placing them in cubby holes. Each cubby hole has a chalkboard vinyl label, so we can identify whose medication is inside the cubby hole. When that patient leaves, we wipe the name off the label and are ready for our next patient.
