Recently, one of our technicians decided we should put filled prescriptions up front next to the receptionist rather than in the back.
Recently, one of our technicians decided we should put filled prescriptions up front next to the receptionist rather than in the back. This switch has saved a lot of time since staff members no longer have to walk to the back every time a client comes in to pick up a prescription. In addition, we store the prescriptions in alphabetical order, so they are easy to locate.
