Heart + Paw center director Cat Spender, LVT, shares how she is celebrating Practice Manger Appreciation Week at her Heart + Paw hospital
Happy Practice Manager Appreciation Week to all of the amazing and hardworking veterinary practice managers out there! In celebration, dvm360 recently interviewed Cat Spender, LVT, on what Practice Manager Appreciation Week means to her as the center director for her Heart + Paw located in Warren, Rhode Island.
During the interview, Spender explained that during this week, she likes to reflect on the past year and all that she accomplished in order to prepare herself to create and set new goals for the next year.

Cat Spender, LVT: This is a time of year where I start reflecting on the past year for myself and what I'm grateful for. So the great opportunity personally for me to reflect on what I've also accomplished professionally in my role and to goal set for the coming year, around my professional growth and, you know, working for Heart + Paw been a time for us to get excited about coming together to recognize our colleagues in practice across all of our centers.
