Is it worth the extra expense to hire an interior decorator to help with the finishings in your practice?

Chances are, clients won't remember the specialized exhaust fans in the exam rooms, but they will remember the paint colors in reception were soothing. We asked members of the Veterinary Economics Editorial Advisory Board what they recommend for finishing interiors.

Heather Lewis, AIA, NCARB, of Animal Arts in Boulder, Colorado, says that while you might not need an interior decorator, focusing on the interiors of your hospital is critical for the success of the project. Watch her expalain below:
